1. Data Accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain data quality, LeadProwl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any lead data. Business contact information is dynamic and may change without notice due to:
- Individuals changing phone numbers or email addresses
- Businesses closing, relocating, or changing ownership
- Stale data from the time of last verification
- Third-party validation limitations
- Leads proactively changing their contact information
2. Duplicate Data
Lead data may contain duplicates. The same individual or business may appear multiple times because their information exists on multiple internet sources. We do not guarantee deduplication. Buyers are advised to deduplicate data after download.
3. Verified vs Unverified
"Verified" means the email or mobile was validated at a specific point in time using automated verification tools. It does not guarantee that the contact is still valid at the time of purchase or use. Verification is a snapshot, not a perpetual guarantee.
4. Hot Leads
Hot Leads are gathered through automated internet research and AI-assisted search. We cannot guarantee:
- That the full ordered quantity will be found within 30 days
- That all sourced data will be accurate or current
- Specific delivery timelines for individual batches
A proportional refund is provided for any shortfall as per our Refund Policy.
5. User Responsibility
The buyer assumes full responsibility for how purchased data is used. LeadProwl is a data provider, not an advisor. You must ensure compliance with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable IT Rules
- Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations
- Do Not Disturb (DND) registry compliance
- Any other applicable local, state, or national laws
6. No Warranty
All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
