Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5 April 2026

Unverified Leads & Verified Leads

No refunds after delivery.

Once your CSV file is generated and available for download, no refunds will be issued. Please preview the lead count and sample data before purchasing.

Hot Leads

Proportional refund for undelivered leads.

Hot Leads are delivered over a 30-day window. If we cannot find all the requested leads:

  • Automatic refund after 30 days + 3 day grace period: Refund = (undelivered leads / ordered leads) x total amount paid
  • User-initiated cancellation: You may cancel your Hot Lead order at any time from your dashboard. The same proportional refund formula applies - you are refunded for undelivered leads only.
  • Already delivered leads are non-refundable.

Example

You order 500 Hot Leads at ₹8/lead = ₹4,000 total.

After 30 days, we delivered 350 leads. Remaining: 150 leads.

Refund = (150 / 500) x ₹4,000 = ₹1,200

Flash Deals

Flash Deal purchases (pre-sourced hot leads) are treated as instant deliveries. No refunds after delivery.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days.
