Refund Policy

1. Unverified Leads
Unverified Lead orders are delivered as instant CSV downloads at the time of payment. No refunds are issued once the CSV has been generated and made available, since the digital data has been transferred and cannot be returned.
Exception: if the technical delivery fails (CSV not generated within 1 hour of payment despite a successful Razorpay confirmation), we'll either re-deliver or issue a full refund within 7 working days.
2. Verified Leads
For Verified Lead orders we attempt to verify your full requested quantity post-payment. If we deliver:
- ≥80% of the requested quantity verified — order is considered fulfilled. No refund.
- 50–79% verified — you'll be emailed with a choice: accept partial delivery (proportional refund of the unverified balance), or full refund.
- <50% verified within 7 days — automatic full refund of the order.
3. Coupons / discounts
Refunds are calculated against the actual paid amount, not the pre-discount total.
4. Razorpay processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to Razorpay immediately. Razorpay typically processes within 5–7 working days; bank credit times vary.
5. How to request
