What's the difference between Verified and Unverified leads?
Unverified leads are delivered as instant CSV from our pre-built database. Verified leads go through SMTP/HLR verification AFTER you pay — we email you the CSV when verification completes (usually a few minutes for small orders).
What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
100 leads for both Verified and Unverified — same MOQ across the board. If your search returns fewer than 100 matching leads, you can still order whatever is available. Bulk discounts apply continuously up to 100000 leads — see /pricing.
How low can the per-lead price go?
As low as ₹10 per contact in bulk on Unverified plans. Verified leads start higher because each one is SMTP/HLR-checked. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.
How long are CSVs available for download?
14 days from purchase. We send reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before expiry. After expiry the CSV is deleted from our servers.
Can I refund an Unverified order?
Generally no — once the CSV is generated, the data has been transferred. Exception: if the technical delivery fails, we re-deliver or refund. See /refund-policy for full terms.
What if my Verified order doesn't verify enough leads?
If we deliver ≥80% of the requested quantity, the order is fulfilled. 50-79% → you choose: partial delivery + proportional refund, or full refund. <50% in 7 days → automatic full refund.
Where do these leads come from?
Publicly-available business contact information aggregated from public sources, business directories, and our continuous scraping. We respect TRAI/DND.
Can I request a niche that isn't listed?
Yes — pick "Other" in the niche dropdown on /find-leads. We review niche requests within 24 hours and email you when added.
Do you have a bulk API for programmatic access?
Coming soon. Reach out via the support icons on this page if you need it now — we can set up enterprise access manually.
Can I get a sample before paying?
For Unverified, we send a 50-lead sample on request — use the support icons on this page with your filter criteria and we'll send one over.
Do you sell international leads?
India only at this stage.
