Terms of Service - India's Lead Data Marketplace

By using LeadProwl.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. LeadProwl is operated by The Code Smith ("we", "us").

1. Services

LeadProwl provides business lead data in three tiers: Unverified Leads, Verified Leads, and Hot Leads. Additionally, we offer a free lead enrichment search tool on our homepage.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person/entity.

3. Data Usage

Lead data purchased from LeadProwl is for your business use only. You agree to:

Comply with all applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules.
Not resell, redistribute, or share purchased data with third parties.
Not use the data for illegal, fraudulent, or spam activities.
Respect opt-out and unsubscribe requests from leads you contact.

4. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify data quality. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any lead data. Business contact information changes frequently, and data may become stale after verification. See our Disclaimer for full details.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are all-inclusive. Payment must be completed within 1 hour of order creation, after which the order expires.

6. Refund Policy

See our detailed Refund Policy. In summary: no refunds for Unverified and Verified leads after delivery. Hot Leads have a proportional refund for undelivered portions.

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadProwl platform, website design, and technology are our intellectual property. You receive a license to use purchased data but not ownership of our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadProwl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or purchased data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased data expires.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
