1. Acceptance

By using LeadProwl ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service description

LeadProwl provides a pay-per-lead Indian B2B/B2C contact data marketplace. Leads are sold either as instant CSV downloads (Unverified) or with post-payment SMTP/HLR verification (Verified).

3. Permitted use

Leads may be used for legitimate B2B/B2C outreach in compliance with Indian DND/TRAI regulations and applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR if applicable). You are solely responsible for your use of the data.

4. Prohibited use

No reselling raw lead lists. No use for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity. No reverse-engineering or scraping the Service itself.

5. Payments

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment via Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". LeadProwl is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid in the past 30 days.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing hello@leadprowl.com.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [your city], India.
