Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, company name, password (bcrypt-hashed), payment metadata (Razorpay token, not card numbers).

Usage data: search criteria, IP address, browser fingerprint (rate-limit), order history.

Lead data: publicly-available business contact information aggregated from public sources, directories, and our verification stack.

2. How we use it

To deliver the Service: deliver leads you've purchased, verify emails/mobiles, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, CSV ready, expiry reminders), and process payments via Razorpay.

3. Sharing

We do NOT sell your account data. We share with: Razorpay (payments), NoMailBounce (email verification), Hostinger (transactional email delivery). All under contract.

4. Retention

Downloaded CSVs expire 14 days after purchase. Order metadata is retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

5. Your rights

Right to access, correct, or delete your account data. Email hello@leadprowl.com with your request — we respond within 30 days.

6. Lead-data subjects

If you are a lead-data subject and wish to be removed from our database, email remove@leadprowl.com with your contact details. We honor opt-outs within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie (`lp_v2_session`) for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies.

8. Updates

We'll notify you of material changes via email.
